It's taken me a while to post anything about Michael Jackson's death because it seems unbelievable though it's been all over the media. I still can't believe it.
When I first heard about Michael’s Jackson’s death I was getting my new phone activated at Costco. A man walked over and said, it’s not clear yet but it seems Michael Jackson is dead or is in a coma. My first response was “are you sure of what you are saying?” Are you sure it’s not some publicity stunt to promote his comeback to the entertainment scene? The man’s response was, “that was cold!” I felt bad but you never know with celebrities and their promotion and marketing strategies.
When I got on the internet later that day I realized it was really no joke. The king of pop, the genius who pushed the entertainment limits to the awe of millions of adoring fans all over the world, had passed on to the great beyond. Adieu, Michael Jackson. If prayers follow the dead, I pray for a safe passage into the great beyond for you.
