It was an annointed event as all the choirs sounded great and the choir robes were a feast for the eyes, however The Redeemed Christian Church of God's choir stood out with their African Inspired outfits of brightly colored long skirts and headwraps.

There were many activities for guests to partake of including: gospel karaoke, gospel showcase, youth choir celebration, audience text messages to the screen and the artist’s gallery.
The artists’ gallery featured paintings by artists from every city on the tour. On a personal note, I would like to encourage someone today. The lead singer for the Redeemed Christian Church of God choir, Mrs. Yetunde Famogun is a personal friend of mine. After the event, she testified to how God moves even with our inadequacies. She was informed about the competition late in the game so they didn’t have a long time to practice before the date of the event and many other challenges they went through to pull together the choir and perform at the event. They did what they could to prepare, believed and went to the competition in faith, and they won the Large Choir prize of $10,000.00. The lesson here is never doubt yourself. Be prepared, be prayed up and show up!
Below are images from the event, enjoy!
