Another black beauty has been crowned. She is none other than Miss Nancy Molhia Alliali. She is Miss Côte D'ivoire America 2010. The West African country of Côte D'ivoire is also known as Ivory Coast. Her chocolate brown skin complexion which really represents Africa is really beautiful.
