Questions To Ask An Interviewer During A Job Interview:

This is prime hiring season, but contrary to popular belief, even as an interviewee you have some power in the interaction between you and the interviewer. You don't need or want every job you are interviewed for and not every company needs or wants you for the position they are interviewing for at that time.

So consider asking these questions during an interview to know more about the company you are considering working for to see if you are fit.

What is the company’s culture?

If you could change one thing about the company or culture, what would it be?

What happened to the last person in the position?

If I'm hired, how would my performance be rated?

How open is your company to change and adaptability?

The answers to these questions will let you know if you should keep on walking or you've found the perfect place for you.
