Miss Maryland USA, Tiffany Parker’s work in the community is never done. She visited Dr. Henry A.Wise Jr. High School in Upper Marlboro, MD. earlier today to celebrate deserving students with high academic and attendance records as part of her Pamper US Project. The project includes feeding the deserving students breakfast and giving them makeovers and gift bags. Below are pictures. Enjoy!
