On Thursday, October 21, the 11th Annual Human Rights Film Series will present the film, Presumed Guilty. This compelling documentary is about two young lawyers and their struggle to free a man after 20 years in a Mexican prison. With no background in film, the lawyers set out to document the injustices they were witnessing. The screening will be followed by a discussion with experts in the field.
The screening will take place at American University’s Katzen Arts Center in the Abramson Family Recital Hall from 5:30 PM - 8 PM.
The film is free and open to the public
