September 11th 2001 will always be remembered as a day of terror in the USA. 10 years ago 2977 lives were lives taken too soon in Washington, New York and Pennsylvania. Mourning parents and loved ones including children who are too young to know or remember their loved are celebrating their loved ones lives today even though so many have been robbed of proud moments.
Weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning and we are still seeking America’s morning, when we can have joy. We can never get back the lives lost in the incidents and the wars that followed, but as people we must move on and continue living. However, we must continue to honor the dead, heal those left behind & hope in the resilience of the human spirit.
If prayers follow the departed, I pray that all those who perished in the incidents are all allowed into heaven to rest in God’s bosom. May God bless the memory of those we have lost. I pray those who lost loved ones the fortitude to bear their loss.
